GREAT! I'm so glad this case is going to the Supreme Court of the Land since a few that sit on that bench DON'T USE the Constitution to base their decisions! This argument about the Constitutionality of ObamaCare is going to be an interesting one to watch considering an Obama appointee sits on the bench too!
