D-DAY: Court to rule on California gay marriage ban

This is it! The majority of California voters defended marriage as between man and woman. Opponents of the ruling sued. A gay Federal judge ruled in favor of the opponents calling the vote to ban gay marriage "unconstitutional." The case was appealed. Now the liberal 9th Circuit of Appeals will decide on the marriage ban initiative.

REPORT: "A federal judge in San Francisco struck down Proposition 8 in 2010, and gay marriage opponents appealed that ruling to the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. Regardless of how the 9th Circuit decides on Tuesday, opponents and supporters of same-sex marriage both have said they are ready to appeal the decision all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court."
